This is a foundational course consisting of 8 tools for Emotional Balance. Each tool
builds on the previous one and when practiced – they re-program emotional
reactivity and replace it with behavioral responsiveness. This course changes how
we see ourselves in relation to our emotional world, and results in a calm sense of
control. Most participants report marked improvements in their relationships,
personal and business, as well as a sense of well-being and happiness.
Applicants for this course are required to fill in an application form (see below), and
be interviewed. We want to be sure this course is a good fit for you!
